On Your 1st Visit

  • Arrive 15 min early for your first class.

  • Introduce yourself to the instructor, and talk to them about your motivation to try class.

  • Wear workout clothes that allow full range of motion.

  • Bring a mat, water, and towel - or rent ours if needed.

Class Descriptions

  • PMY Flow is a non-heated Vinyasa class ideal for those seeking an invigorating yoga experience that emphasizes the fundamentals of core strength, alignment of key poses, and cultivating balance. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your understanding of Vinyasa, this offers a nurturing environment for growth and exploration.

  • In yoga, there are two basic approaches: Yin & Yang. In this class, we experience both. The first half of class is led through simplified motions of a flowing (yang) yoga practice. The other half of class is a calming and soothing (yin) style.

    We will use props throughout the class to emphasize safety, alignment, and support as we explore the dynamic and static experiences of yoga.

  • Immerse yourself in a deeply meditative experience with our Restorative Yoga class, designed to renew both body and mind. Set in a cool, tranquil room, this class invites you to find peace and surrender as you hold each supported pose with comforting props for extended periods. Ideal for anyone seeking to alleviate stiffness and foster a sense of deep relaxation and mental clarity.

  • Short meditation class intended to help stabilize your mind and sharpen your attention.

    This class is free to all members and discounted to guests.

  • Whether you're looking to enhance your physical strength, deepen your mindbody connection, or just take some time for yourself to be with your breath, our Power Vinyasa class is the perfect opportunity to elevate your fitness journey. In our Power Vinyasa classes, you will be guided through a series of postures in a heated space that will help you gain mobility, stability, and power inside & out. Set in a heated room of 92-96 degrees with added humidity, this class combines traditional yoga methods with evolved yoga techniques to provide a transformative experience. If you like to flow and move this is the class for you!

  • In this class, you'll get benefits from detoxification, increased circulation, improved balance, and a stronger core. The Fire Class is designed for all levels and the temperature/humidity combination of the room will help you safely find your depth in the postures. We visit traditional postures performed to build core muscles, balance, and strengthen your mind while increasing your flexibility and range of motion.

  • This class combines the invigorating heat of a workout with the calming flow of yoga, especially designed to heat up and tone your core muscles while bringing balance and strength to your entire body. The room is heated to 105 with added humidity so get ready to sweat as you flow through yoga poses that target your abdominal and low back, leaving you feeling empowered and centered.

  • Working out has never been more fun! This dynamic yoga class moves to the beat of the music bringing joy and connection to the room. Grab a set of free weights for a total body workout mixed with yoga moves leaving you feel powerful & your body balanced.
