We’re passionate about creating connections, empowering individuals, and elevating wellness.
What We Do
We currently offer a wide range of yoga classes, workshops, curated programs, and teacher training experiences designed to support both physical vitality and inner development. Our movement-based practices emphasize mobility, functional strength, and intelligent sequencing to help students move better, feel stronger, and reduce injury risk in daily life and athletic pursuits. Beyond the physical, our offerings invite deeper exploration through breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, and structured self-inquiry. We support individuals in knowing themselves more fully, cultivating awareness, and aligning their lives with their core values.
As we relocate to our new facility in March of 2026, we will quickly incorporate therapeutic offerings including sensory deprivation and contrast therapy.
Our Background
Founded in 2015 by Crystal & Andrew, our studio was born from a lifelong dedication to movement, performance, and human potential. With backgrounds spanning athletics, gymnastics, martial arts, dance, personal training, and gym ownership, Crystal & Andrew recognized a gap in the wellness space: a need for a place where science-backed therapeutics, intelligent movement, and the deeper practices of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation could exist under one roof.
That vision continues to guide our evolution as we step into our next chapter.

Crystal & Andrew are both E-RYT 500 instructors with a shared passion for developing exceptional teachers, staff, and leaders. Over the years, they have mentored and trained hundreds of yoga teachers who now work in studios locally and worldwide. Some lead retreats, teach online, and some have opened their own boutique studios. Crystal & Andrew continue to work with teachers in many capacities including business coaching, hosting events, licensing their materials, teaching mentorship, and beyond.
Crystal & Andrew’s approach integrates decades of coaching experience with insights from traditional yoga practices, modern psychology, neuroscience-informed practices, and other philosophical traditions. The result is education that is rigorous, practical, and deeply human that supports transformation without losing grounding or discernment.
We invite you to experience our community through a trial class, immersive program, workshop, or teacher training. This is a space for those who value intelligent movement, self-awareness, and meaningful growth.
Come practice with us—and elevate what yoga can be.
Andrew | E-RYT 500
Andrew's experience of yoga began when seeking to balance the intensity and competitiveness of martial arts training. He soon discovered that yoga was much more than he anticipated. Like many others, he began by seeking the physical benefits of the practice and soon found benefiting in other capacities of his life.
Andrew decided to dedicate his time and energy sharing yoga with others because the practices and philosophies in yoga inspired him to pursue more depth in self exploration, discipline, and new physical pathways. Andrew's energetic, fluid, and transparent style of teaching brings you to know yoga as it was intended: a practice to become reacquainted with your capacities, potential, and depth.
Crystal | E-RYT 500
When Crystal began her yoga practice, it became clear this style of physicality aligned with her personal goals. It was the only practice which made her feel better physically and mentally. With a background in gymnastics and dance, the physical aspect of yoga felt natural and intuitive. Since then, yoga has become her sole focus because it strengthens her on numerous levels. As a seasoned personal trainer and group fitness instructor, her experience in the yoga community has been focused on developing and maintaining high standards in teaching techniques. This quickly led to developing and executing yoga teacher training programs. She is dedicated to raising the vibrations of health and happiness through yoga because it has brought equilibrium and harmony in her life.
By inspiring the public to embrace yoga along with mindfulness, Crystal truly believes she can create an upward spiral of positive energy in people's lives.
Our Crew
Vivian Calusinski | RYT 500
“Movement is the best medicine” is Vivian’s motto. Having done years of cardio, Vivian began logging her workouts, and noticed that she was not doing anything for flexibility. When Vivian added a regular yoga practice at PMY into her routine, she noticed that her flexibility and strength improved, and more importantly, her mindset did too. She took a deeper interest towards wellness, and can attribute yoga being the key to a better work/life balance.
Vivian is excited to be a part of other people’s wellness journeys. Outside of yoga, Vivian enjoys swinging on the flying trapeze, scuba diving, and discovering new restaurants with family and friends!
Brielle Espirit Felicelli | RYT 500
Brielle’s journey into yoga began as a quiet search for purpose, one that unfolded into a deeply integrated practice of movement and awareness. With roots in martial arts and after years of exploration, she found in yoga a space where strength, softness, and intention could coexist.
At the heart of her practice, Brielle’s focus is to connect the lens between anatomical composition with energetic currents, by drawing light inward through thoughtful breaths. Her teaching carries an energizing, electric presence, expressed through a strength-infused style that cultivates resilience and balance, inviting each person to move with awareness, breathe deeply, and reconnect to the light within.
By encouraging mindful movement and connection to breath, Brielle refracts light, energy, and intention through those she meets. When she’s off the mat, Brielle can often be found exploring new places, capturing the world through her camera, writing poetry, and crafting Malas, carrying her practice of presence into every moment.
Kristen Oldin | E-RYT 200
Kristen believes that every person has the ability to take what they learn on their mat and apply it to their daily lives. She aims to create a holistic approach to health by combining mind, body, and spiritual techniques. Keeping safety at the forefront of her practice, she works to teach her yogis proper form and technique to enhance the benefits of each pose. No matter what level you are, unroll your mat and join Kristen on your yoga journey.
Lexi Bunce | RYT 500
Lexi found yoga when looking for another enjoyable way to exercise and ease anxiety. She was a dancer, acrobat and cheerleader in her youth. She instantly fell in love with the physical experience of yoga and soon after found a unique emotional release involved as well.
Lexi's compassionate and fun personality opens up an environment where students can find a place to be true to who they are, without judgement, on their mat.
Carisa Orlicz | RYT 200
Carisa discovered yoga while in college, as a way to unwind and heal her body and mind healthfully. After numerous career paths, she came to realize that yoga was the constant she always turned to, and decided to take her passion to the next level by teaching others. Carisa’s background in exercise therapy and strength training keeps her focused on the body’s capabilities, and helps her to guide others mindfully past their barriers. Outside of her yoga practice, Carisa dedicates most of her time to her growing self-care business, but makes sure to leave space for music, roller skating, and spending time in nature.
Alex Young | E-RYT 200
Alex accidentally discovered yoga during a movement challenge at a gym. She used yoga videos to fulfill 10 minutes of stretching a day and has never stopped. Yoga became a supplementary tool to stay centered, disciplined, and calm during a very busy and transitional time in her life. Alex's daily, at-home yoga practice has slowly evolved into a core part of her practice. Alex teaches elementary school and has developed a passion for integrating yoga into her classroom. She believes you have to practice what you preach and is always striving towards balance and ways to make a tangible difference. Alex aims to create a positive, playful environment with the main goal of simply feeling better than you did when you walked in.
Alex currently stays home with her son and loves experiencing the world through his eyes. She enjoys high intensity exercise, reading, fresh air, sunshine, and people!
Shelby Brach | RYT 500
Shelby came to her mat in need of a physical and mental outlet from her busy lifestyle. The practice of mindfulness and breathing became a sanctuary, offering a respite from the daily hustle of life. With a passion for teaching, Shelby believes that there is a student in all of us. With each breath, each pose, and each class, comes an opportunity for growth and exploration. In her classes, you will find a space of acceptance, self-discovery & transformation.
Kat Hulstrand | RYT 200
Kat began her yoga as a relief from the stress of her busy lifestyle. She would constantly show up to her mat with moments to spare and racing thoughts. Kat looked to exercise her entire life, completing numerous triathlons. Still, it was only yoga that provided her with the ability to slow down and accept and appreciate the life she has. After battling significant health issues, she turned inward and deepened her practice and love for yoga by taking the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Power Moves along with Methods of Hot Yoga, and Yoga Sequencing. She is now drawn to spreading the healing qualities of yoga, both mentally and physically. Forever a student herself, Kat is honored to guide you through your own yoga journey.
Mike Felicelli | RYT 200
Michael’s yoga experience began when his passion for weightlifting left him seeking more ways to not only further his physical practice, but also regain his spiritual strength. After adding a few yoga classes to his routine, he soon realized the positive impact it has on the mind, body, and spirit. Since his yoga teacher training experience, yoga has opened new doors for Mike that led him down paths of meditation, breath-work and other mindfulness practices that he continues to use today to further his own fitness goals. His thirst for knowledge and curiosity of the connections between anatomy, physiology and meditation is what he hopes to inspire others to fulfill their own fitness goals, while also enjoying the journey to reach them.
Mariah Cheyney | RYT 200
Mariah has a background in ballet, and she discovered yoga as a teenager while in a ballet training program. She quickly realized the importance of the mind-body connection for ballet skills and techniques. Mariah continued to practice yoga during her studies and now works as an audiologist and teacher. She holds music and sound close to her heart and loves to explore the connections between music, movement, and expression of the inner being. Mariah's goal is to empower others through movement and self-expression.
When not practicing yoga, Mariah enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her chihuahua!
Rachel Ambroziak | RYT 200
Rachel believes yoga is the anchor that brings intention, balance, and healing into everyday life. Drawn to hot vinyasa and trauma-informed practices, she sees yoga as a powerful tool for recovery and self-connection. Her classes invite students to tap into their inner strength, move with purpose, and release what no longer serves them. Off the mat, Rachel is a wife and mom to three small humans who keep her grounded - sometimes joining her for spontaneous living-room flows. They’re her daily reminder that yoga isn’t about perfection; it’s about showing up, breathing through it, and finding a little more ease along the way.
Marilyn Hill | RYT 200
Marilyn approached her yoga practice with the same vigor she applies to everything in life, committing to a daily practice as a New Year's resolution many years ago. What began as a pursuit of physical fitness evolved into a discovery of the mind-body connection. She found balance in the chaos of a busy life with her consistent yoga routine. The gravity of the mental benefits of yoga led her to further study and specialize her teaching in meditation and sound healing. Marilyn is dedicated to holding space for safe exploration in both yoga practice or sound healing sessions. No matter the medium, welcoming in good vibrations is an essential element of growing stronger in both mind and body. She offers intuitive teaching that enables members to deeply explore who they are and who they choose to be.
Laura Ford | RYT 200
Laura’s yoga journey began as a supplement to marathon and strength training, drawn first to the flexibility and mindfulness that supported running and lifting. Over time, her curiosity guided her into the deeper facets of yoga—where philosophy meets practice, and she now loves exploring the intersections of Eastern teachings and Western behaviors. Laura lived and worked in Southeast Asia for 5 years, which offered her a unique window into different expressions of the yoga practice, shaping the thoughtful and grounded approach she brings to her classes, today. Laura’s teaching is joyful, inclusive, and welcoming—you’ll laugh, feel connected, and leave with a sense of openness in both body and mind. Outside the studio, Laura is a gardener, loves hiking and travelling with her husband and dog, and is a budding ballroom dancer—always seeking new ways to stay curious, creative, and connected.
